The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Two publications were at the forefront of reporting and even lampooning the Government and it's people. These were Puck and Judge. Through cartoons are articles they brought complicated subjects to everyday people.
